Dr Jillian Gregg is TERA's executive director, principal investigator and founder since 2005; has worked previously at the US Environmental Protection Agency; and also is currently lecturing on environmental topics at Oregon State University. Jill received her masters and bachelors degrees from the University of Utah and her doctorate from Cornell University. Her dissertation work entitled “Effects of Multiple Anthropogenic Environmental
Changes in Urban Compared to Rural Environments in the Vicinity of New
